Here's my take on making hummus, which is already a good thing... even better, or at least lighter!
I also wanted to show how to use chia seeds as a thickening agent. Besides being high in Omege 3&6's, plus a good source of fiber, these versatile seeds help just about any recipe or dish out and are mega healthy as well!
