The Environmental Protective Agency has hired you as a team of young, innovative filmmakers to create a persuasive Public Service Announcement about the importance of protecting water as a natural resource (i.e. conservation, pollution, access, consumption, health). The intended audience for your PSA are film literate aesthetes, people who are well aware of the power of the image to manipulate its audience. These folks are familiar with the Kuleshov Experiment and its emphasis on the power of montage as the basis for creating meaning in film. Your task is to imitate the structure of the Kuleshov Experiment in three parts - but with a modern day twist - to effect change in your audience's generally apathetic attitude toward water issues
