I hope that Canon upgrade the camera to 24 or 25p, but I think that for economic reason they will no do it.

Well this is nice- I think you have a lot of nice shots. Are you planning on doing different cuts? If so this is what I suggest- the silhouette shot is nice I would use more of it and I would slo motion some of the shots - such as her moving when we don't see her sing and some shots of the water.

In the forest for dolly I used the "Letus support rods" on my shoulder, in the house all by tripod.
I filmed with nikon lenses: 24-70mm 2.8, 105mm 2.5, 70-200mm 2.8.

very nice, marzio! - did you use anything for external video/video assist? or did you just use the MKII display? and how was 'focusing' on this project? was it a challenge?

I didn't have any external video assist, only mkII display.. but it's very clear!
I hadn't a follow focus so focusing was just a little difficult. The camera has a shallow deep of focus due to its 35mm sensor, so every little movement needs a focus adjustment.

Nelle riprese a cavalletto non ho avuto problemi, ma in quelle a spalla, che dovevano essere molto sporche, spesso il rolling shutter si è fatto sentire. Fortunatamente sono riuscito a tagliare quasi tutte le parti deformate.
Per il 30p non ho avuto problemi, nel senso che ho lasciato il video a 30, fortunatamente è per gli stati uniti.
Ho provato a fare una conversione a 25p con compressor e in linea di massima è venuta bene. Solo le parti con movimenti molto accentuati hanno qualche sdoppiamento. Credo che bisogna agire con software differenti a seconda del tipo di ripresa da convertire.
Se non ci sono problemi di sincronismo, la cosa migliore è fare solo un conforming a 25 con cinema tools.
