What's his recipe? A continuously rotating inventory of restaurant-quality glassware and chinaware from venerable American purveyors like Fiestaware, Oneida and Libbey intermingled with interesting European imports.

His inspiration? A tight-knit family of relatives, employees and his Columbus roots.

His latest adventure? Not sure yet but you can bet it's in his head along with a zillion other ideas. And being honored with an induction into the Foodservice Equipment & Supplies Hall of Fame.

Where can you find him? Across from Better Earth and behind El Paraiso on the northern end of the Market. Offering brand-name china, glassware, serving ware, decorative pieces and textiles seven days a week.
