Chef Daniel Mowles of Lily's Restaurant at the roger smith hotel goes shopping at the Union Square Market in NYC. Sabine Hrechdakian of CENYC (council on the environment of NYC) takes the Chef for a tour and shows him around. Chef Mowles picks up some produce, we go back to kitchen, and he makes us some lunch.

Fact: The Union Square Farmers Market has been around since 1976 and is a great source of fresh organic produce, meat, and fish in the heart of New York City.

Fact: It was really hot that day, and the UNion Square Farmers Market has amazingly good cold apple cider.
