Erik Trinidad, the wunderkind behind Fancy Fast Food, gets The Feedbag’s vote as the one blogger who really deserves a book deal. The work Trinidad does in taking fast food and reworking it as nouvelle cuisine is so pretty and imaginative that he probably deserves to be played by Amy Adams in a movie, too.
