What a crazy day.
Snow all over the desert mountains, hail and graupel in Phoenix and Scottsdale. I took some photos of the Superstition Mountains covered in snow and then noticed some intense cells building to the west.
I noticed some crazy structure going on when I arrived at this spot and set-up quickly to timelapse a storm that would quickly churn out a shelf-cloud.
You may or may not notice but there is some flicker here and I'm kind of lost about it. I had everything in manual, it was a Rokinon lens, so manual aperture as well. I even processed in LR 2010 profile because someone mentioned that 2012 was causing issues.
Anyways...I LOVE the motion in the clouds! Insane!
