Nikki invites three co workers over for a dinner they all might come to regret.

"co workers" was shot for the 2009 Pittsburgh 48 Hour Film Project between August 7 and August 9. The script, filming and editing were all completed within that time. For the project, each team pulls a genre, and all teams from the city must incorporate the same three elements into their film.

We pulled "Surprise Ending" for our genre. For the elements, we had to use the character "Alan Beaumont, a phony" along with a present as a prop and "That's never happened before" as a line of dialogue.
