In the second RED workflow tutorial I cover how to perform a quick one light color pass in RedCine and export the files to ProRes for use in most NLE’s such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere or Avid Media Composer, although if you use avid it’s better to make DNxHD files since ProRes is wrapped as MXF files and you have to go through AMA. I will go over codecs in more detail in a future tutorial.
