This is a short time lapse of the UDC Garden Club's lasagna composting project.
We covered a grassy area with a layer of organic soil, followed by layers of cardboard, coffee grounds, newspaper, another layer of coffee grounds, and leaves. The idea is that overtime all the material will decompose and turn into soil. It is a till-free way of preparing an area for planting.
