We've learned throughout this process of making a wine documentary (thewinemovie.com) that you always keep the cameras and mics rolling after the official interview ends...that's when you get your best stuff.
Here's a clip where Dick Erath strays into the poetry of cooking. He's a pinot pioneer who established one of the most iconic brands in the Northwest, but even in retirement he brings that same spark and passion to his cooking projects and his garage wine experiments.
