Recorded with a Canon HG10 High Def camcorder at the All Points West festival at Liberty State Park NJ. This recording accompanies the previous posting of the final four songs of NYC band The National's rain-soaked set on July 31, 2009.

Features the opening song, "Start a War", as well as the fourth song, "Secret Meeting". Other songs in the set were either only partially recorded or missed altogether due to camera setup, fixes, and other torrential weather-induced issues.

As part of ongoing media research projects at the /PTML/, this version was NOT stabilized with Apple's iMovie but will be used to compare a stabilized version to come.
