Formally trained as a printmaker, my sculptures explore this typically two-dimensional practice in the three-dimensional space of life. From suburban living, a level of voyeurism has developed through my close proximity to others. This neighborly surveillance is most fun in the evening when the large boxes of brick and wood become a light-box of entertainment. These places which we call home are both comfortable yet socially confining - as we shut the curtains and turn off the lights.
