Research shows that health related marketing within Aboriginal communities is much more effective when it is locally produced and involves local spokespersons. The AHMRC engaged us to work alongside Purple Goat to create the KICK THE HABIT social marketing campaign. We worked with local community groups, guiding them through the process of creating a marketing campaign. They identified target demographics, the preceptions and behaviour they wanted to change and even creative treatments to carry the message. We created videos, radio ads, and posters for three communities - Inverell, Dubbo and Albury.
