The best cure for the Canadian Cabin Fever is a good hearty Winter Omelette made with magic local ingredients like Winter Golden Beets, Organic Carrots and of course the heavenly locally grown Spinach Leaves. Half a dozen Farm Fresh Eggs, a sprinkle of your favorite herbs, finish it with a couple of slices of old Cheddar Cheese. Let it simmer for length of a yawn and lunch is ready for two! The most beautiful part, all that would cost you less than 10 bucks ( Canadian ). Enjoy it with a glass of Canadian Spring Water or perhaps some Earl Grey served hot.
