Thanks. I did actually omit the chapters on purpose. Since the whole structure is organic and builds one on top of the other, I was afraid that in our busy modern world people would just skip ahead to chapters that seemed interesting to them and then lacking that which helps in the understanding. This is what I had in mind, but then it was brought to my intention, that there are also those who would like to watch things again....and true, for them chapters would be necessary really
