To take advantage of better resolution, upload in 1280 x 720, you can leave your footage in 720 x576 (or what ever it is.

So, you mean I should export from fcp (or whatever editing software) in a 1280 x 720 resolution ?

Now I export my movies in 720 x 404 (custom size, which is 16/9 ratio), which looks good in normal size here, but not anymore in full screen..
