From the 1975 Compilation LP: "American Summer" (Capitol R-233593)
First recorded and released on "Surfin' Safari" in 1962, and later on "Little Deuce Coupe". This song was never recorded in stereo. From what info I could gather, this is Capitol's Duofonic "fake stereo". This double LP comp was only available thru the RCA Music Service, and has a great collection of tracks.
