EZTV founding members Mark Shepard and Patricia Miller produced a number of short interstitial clips which would play during an evening of EZTV screenings, either before or in-between the curated programming.
These entertaining, often tongue-in-cheek works, punctuated the formal presentations, and were largely responsible for the unique viewing experience which a evening at EZTV offered. Audiences appreciated the trailers, short featurettes, mock advertisements and public service announcements which Shepard and Miller added to the programming, and in many ways, they were as much a part of the show, as was the curated work.
This brief clip was to advertise the EZTV T-Shirts which were available for sale at the gallery's front desk. The shirts sold well and everyone from movie and rock stars, to underground writers, to professors were seen around LA wearing them. They also became the unofficial uniform for the EZTV staff.
These shirts are now quite rare and are collector's items.
