I loved the opening title sequence. I was so intrigued. The acting was the weakest link in this film followed closely by your color correction.

The editing was pretty good. I liked how the pace picked up near the end. It started to feel like a great trailer, or things to come in a feature length version of "The Orchard".

The music was great. It reminded me of Bernard Herrmann.

I liked the blood spatter shot on the corn. That reminded me of Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow. If only the blood hadn't been orange. You took too many liberties with the color correction. How was that helping you to tell your story? Go with a more natural look, escpecially for that setting. Be subtle.

    Get real actors.

I think the overall concept could be turned into a marketable horror film. If you made it a feature it would more than likely get picked up by a distributor.

Thanks for the insight, the problems you've noticed really mean a lot to me.

Also, about the coloring. This was partially due to the different lighting setups and filters we had available while making the film, the harsh orange you notice is mostly because we had to use simple halogen bulbs in place of the worklight we had in some other shots.

That was put together very well. The music really pushed this over the top: very atmospheric, set the mood very well. Fast paced editing, lots of emotion and drama.

You excelled in all of the strong areas here. Good job! It didn't even feel like 5 minutes!

Aside from a few technical hiccups (although I'm not one to talk since I'm as guilty as anyone) I think you told a really strong story. Really entertaining. The opening sequence rocked!

I´m also a fan of the opening sequence! Well done! How did you do that?
The rest is- in my opinion - average stuff, sorry! ;-)

A five minute film should never have 1+ minutes of opening credits. Also, no reason for so much color correction.

minor correction....such an awesome 1+ minute title sequence should not have such a short and underproduced film to follow it.
