This is my first attempt at compositing a CG character into a live action clip.
I created and animated the blue character on the left in Maya. The pink character is a vinyl toy I filmed (I tied a string to it and tugged it).
I used HDRI lighting to light my CG character in a realistic way.
I did the compositing in AFter Effects, and added the sound effects with Sound Track Pro.
