2009, 21 MINS 07 SECS UK/CAMBODIA

SYNOPSIS:

Freedom from slavery is an internationally recognised human right. But there are more slaves today now than at any other time in history. Millions of victims worldwide are forced, deceived or coerced into sexual or labour exploitation. This abhorrent practice though isn't without its opposition.

PLACEBO travelled to Cambodia to perform a unique concert for MTV EXIT, a campaign to end exploitation and trafficking. The concert was held at the iconic Angkor Wat, a 12th century temple hidden in the Cambodian jungle. This was their beginning of a remedy.

Join the fight to end exploitation and trafficking. For more information log on to mtvexit.org
