Scott Comber PhD., Director of the innovative Dalhousie University’s Corporate Residency MBA recently selected the OneSmartWorld system to be a key element of their 22 month intensive applied learning program.
“Our employer partners have been very clear about the skill sets people need and this meets the skills sets people need. OneSmartWorld gives the application piece that was missing from a lot of the other assessment tools.”
Dalhousie offers Canada’s only Corporate Residency MBA. Its unique focus is on problem-based learning, the acquisition of 21st century skills and an eight month intensive corporate residency as part of the accelerated preparation of their students for the realities of business leadership.
Scott Comber and Jenny Baechler, Instructor in the Personal and Professional Effectiveness program in the MBA program, will use the 4D-i assessment to help students both identify strengths and to expand their capabilities as high quality thinkers. They will use the system to enable more effective peer to peer learning and to develop practical skills in team-based collaboration.
OneSmartWorld is proud to support the students and faculty in Dalhousie University’s progressive Corporate Residency MBA.
