Keep the water flow regular and prevent drain clogs with a little preventive maintenance for your sink.
.) Unscrew the end cap of the faucet.
.) Remove the components from the end cap and find the faucet aerator (little metal mesh piece).
.) Let the aerator soak in vinegar overnight to remove buildup.
.) Use a nylon brush the next day to remove any remaining buildup.
.) Put the components back in the end cap and reattach to the faucet.
.) To remove mineral buildup from the pipes dump a couple cups of vinegar down the drain.
.) For slow draining sinks add some baking soda to the drain before dumping the vinegar down. The reaction will create a more powerful cleaning effect.
