This documentary explores the role of second-generation Holocaust survivors and future generations in maintaining and prolonging Holocaust awareness after the loss of eyewitness testimony. The film not only focuses on the second-generation survivors' role in spreading awareness, but also on the role of all people in seeking out information from families which serve as repositories for such memories in order to ensure that these stories are not lost. With the help of second-generation survivor, Perry Moss, and his two children, Alison and Steven, the film demonstrates the vital role of communication between generatioins.
