Don’t ask for LOVE. When you ask for LOVE, it’s like asking someone else’s permission to feel and express, dissolve the fear of not loving because of what people would think about you, or would react towards you, or would say about you. In a cold and gray world, where everyone is so afraid to express love, a warm loving hug and a smile can shine like a midnight Sun. LOVE is formless, you break it when you try to square it, divide it and rationalize it. Love until the only thing you know is LOVE, and then LOVE again. Don’t measure your LOVE, don’t compare your LOVE to others’ LOVE. Don’t ask for LOVE. Be the LOVE.
- Luke Swan
The beautiful performance is by Jake Bugg in London.
