Forum Theatre is a powerful, proven way of engaging the knowledge, ideas and creativity of employees at every level of an organisation.
Our team of professional actors presents their audience with an intriguing set of relationships, challenges and dilemmas in a fictional workplace that is not too unlike your own.
The characters in the play can’t resolve these challenges and dilemmas without the help of the audience, but in the process of addressing these fictional problems the employees are also reflecting on their own working practices and workplace relationships.
Employee Voice is at the heart of Workplace Innovation’s approach and throughout our events we endeavour to create a relaxed and fun environment where open dialogue is encouraged.
Our Forum Theatre performances, especially when delivered as part of a Workplace Innovation change programme, help managers and employees alike to recognise and celebrate positive aspects of current practice and to identify scope for improvement.
Forum Theatre is a very powerful medium to support a communication strategy. It’s
not for organisations who want to convey a “you must do message” to their managers
and employees but it is for those that want to engage their people intellectually and
emotionally in reflection and improvement.
