Tokyo, day one
Shot at Shibuya crossing early in the morning, at Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden and Tea House just before closure (the synthetic music is to ease the parc visitors out in a gentle way), and on the Hybia Line to Roppongi, my daily metro quality time from suburbian Kamata, where my tiny Ryokan is located, to Roppongi's High Art district where Axis Gallery is based.
Tokyo, day one. Never seen so much elegance, taste and style in such high density and extremes in one place at one time. I don't have words for what Tokyo is yet, but the invention to have all the pedestrian zebra crossing turn green simultaneously is a genius idea - this way any automobile crossing turns, at least temporarily, in a lightweight criss-cross village square.
