This is rain and lightening in Toronto during a storm that produced tornados in the area. Although 120 homes were destroyed north of the city, damage in Toronto was limited to downed power lines and flooding, etc. My area saw no damage, but look at the intensity of the rain and wind, with lightening at 26 seconds and 48 seconds.
