Did you happen to use the exposure lock trick to get the grainless shots for the night parts? The blacks look nice and crisp.

Good Luck with your film making. I remember when I was your age and how much fun I had with that. That was 56 years ago!! I had a $50. Revere 50 movie camera and each film lasted only 3.5 min. No sound. I am now 70 and I still love film making. Now I shoot HDV. I don't consider my early film making the "good old days" It's much better these days.
