Some days I get exhausted and need a quick energy boost to get me through the day so, I turn to Chia Seeds. By having this pudding I'll be adding more iron than spinach, tons of fiber and lots of protein to my body.

Ingredients:
1 Banana
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/3 cup Water
4 tbsp Chia Seeds
Handful of Frozen Berries
Handful of Raspberries
Handful of Walnuts/Cashew mix
Handful of Hemp Seeds (another great source for protein)

Directions:
- Mix Banana, Water and Spices (Cinnamon & Nutmeg)
- Add mix to 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Let it sit for 10 minutes
- Add in Berries, Walnuts/Cashew & Hemp seeds

You can also add in shredded coconut, agave, goji berries, raisins, etc. Have fun and get creative.
