
Real-time(ish) software raytracer test

Test of a multithreaded pure-software raytracer. There are no optimizations with SSE or anything.
The octree for the fractal gets to almost 1.5GB of RAM, yet it keeps (almost) real time framerates.
There are still some problems with z sorting, though (probably a bug in the octree traversal speed-up algorithm)
