Health is reliant on our knowledge and understanding we have of our own physiology. Healthy living is about the utilization of that knowledge. Our lives are determined by the choices of our behaviors we make. We do not see the repercussions of our behaviors in present time so we discount their importance. Procrastinating on our health is procrastinating on life. Time is what we want most in life, yet we do not give our life the time.
This video is a self exploration of healthy living. I took the camera (my iphone) and documented all of my actions throughout the day, then complied them together and quantified my behaviors. The data is more representational than scientific. All the data is based on statistics based in North America but they are averages, this project is a experiment about seeing the effects of my actions, and understanding them further.
