Classic (but real) tilt-shift cheese: tiny boats and tiny people in Fishermans Wharf.

Fishermans Wharf in San Francisco is a certified tourist trap, and most locals avoid it. However, if you are a photo geek it's an absolute riot because there is almost always something interesting happening there to get pictures of.

This is my third outing with the plungercam 2, my home-made DIY tilt-shift lens:

This was also my first successful outing hauling all my gear on my bike for a photo shoot, including a heavy and awkwardly shaped tripod. Bungee cords are amazing things :)

That was pretty awesome. I'd seen your tutorial before but have been too lazy to try it. Now I'm really inspired! Just wish the video was longer!

  • Thank you for sharing your plungercam tilt-lens build and it's results. How / through who were you able to arrange copyright license for the Nina Simone track?

    Thanks!

The track - it's a short excerpt, so I believe it falls under fair use?
