This presentation demonstrates twelve thread making techniques and four end milling techniques. These operations will be performed with a Hermle 5-axis machine running air cooling/minimal mist, milling 1018 steel. The purpose of these demonstrations is to highlight the speed and versatility of high performance tooling.
