We believe in working together to promote mental health awareness, advocacy, and integrity--and YOU are a vital piece of this movement. Help us make a difference in someone's life by sharing this video with friends, with family, even strangers. And begin speaking up for mental health today.

Three goals: Learn. Speak. Act.

Learn. Speak. Act." is a mental health movement founded on the idea of establishing a culture of awareness, voice, and action. "Culture" is the key word. Our mission is to help students understand that seeking support and therapy for any mental health issue, from stress & anxiety to a cognitive disability, is an accepted and common means of taking care of yourself.

This movement will take place at Rutgers University in New Brunswick throughout the month of March, but we hope students in any setting can take its message to heart.
