HOLLAND HOUSE PRESENTS: Kings of Chelmsford

A low-level ‘gangster’ from the city of Chelmsford thinks he has it all. The women, the sidekick, the pistol… Everything seems to be going well as we journey with him through an average day on the streets. However, it doesn’t take much for everything to fall apart, as he soon finds out when a real big time player arrives on the scene…

Directed by David Barker and starring James Dilley and Henry Dodd, Kings of Chelmsford pays modest homage to classic pulpy shoot ‘em ups as pioneered by the likes of Quentin Tarantino, whilst providing a comedic take on the fallacies of the gang mentality.
