One of the exciting things about Makoto Hirano's work in "Elemental Dance" is to watch the journey he takes with an intense level of precision and an ability to live within the moment.
In this version of "Elemental Dance" I tried to see if it was possible to combine elements of both takes to give it a two camera shoot feel. Again, it was a real challenge because there are differences and nuances and in this piece versus Life Dance, there are beats that are critical to synching with the movement that so it was a little tricky but I feel it nicely ties some of the elements of both pieces together.
