A simple example of a cubic time remap.
Made with a custom Quartz Composer plug-in we're are working on that allow to cut slices of video in a 3D textured cube.

    Yes it's realtime (30fps on a radeon 3870 and **7fps** on a nvidia 9800GTX) . I will publish the plug-in in february when we'll have finished our performance using this.
