In this video I talk about the importance of writing down your goals to make them happen.

Twenty five years ago my wife attended a course called "Attaining Your Goals" and was encouraged to deeply examine herself and write down 100 detailed goals of what she wanted to achieve in her life. Twenty two years later she found that sheet of paper and was astounded to see that over 90% of them had been achieved.

I suggest you use the following format. Be very precise about each goal and state each goal as though it has already been achieved. Also it has been suggested to me that the subconscious may be more engaged when you set your goal down using pen and paper. Check it out and let me know the results.
