These are films taken of Blackberry Hill Lodge & Resort, located near Mountain Home, Arkansas and situated in the Tracy Ferry area of Lake Norfork. It was owned and operated by my parents, Bob "Bottles" Ketchum and Ann Baker Ketchum from 1947 to 1959. As a child I grew up in the resort business in the Ozarks.
The footage was shot on 16mm film by Mr. Hal Ayers, a guest of the lodge. He was a film producer and made a travelogue film called "Razorback Rainbows", starring my dad, which is also here on my Vimeo channel.
The music is a recording of my mom singing at the Steinway, which had a prominent place in the Lodge.
