In higher education, documenting student learning outcomes receives much attention in discussions of planning, assessment, and institutional effectiveness. However, good practice and accreditation demands also require us to document effectiveness in non-instructional units. In this webinar, I will describe how we use WEAVE to best meet our needs in administrative areas. The following will be shared with the audience: (1) analysis questions to elicit evidence of continuous improvement, (2) a locally developed rubric to review assessment plans, and (3) a template for using general survey data to promote ongoing improvement.
