The Kabare Village in Rwanda was torn apart by a genocide that occurred in 1994. With the help of Heifer International, the people left in the village are reconciling, rebuilding, and realizing that the animals not only provide prosperity to their village but hope and healing to their community. This video is part of a series of short films that profile families in four of the countries where Heifer works.
