This is a test of the Lumix DMC-G3 camera operating at 1080i
The GCR Easter Vintage Festival took place between 29th March and 1 April 2013 at Quorn station on the preserved steam line between Loughborough and Leicester.
The camera is intended for primarily "home movie" useage and I apologise in advance for the water marks on the lens caused by snow showers during the coldest UK Easter on record.
Camera: Lumix DMC-G3 with stock 14-42mm lens
Filters: Cokin P121M Graduated Grey ND4
Support: Manfrotto Monopod
Edit: MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2013 Premium Edition
First impressions - the f3.5-5.6 lens doesn't really show off the lovely depth of field this camera can achieve - but it sure beats the old Hi8 into a cocked-hat.
