Atlantic Group [V]’s latest culinary venture, Mill & Bakery at Central Pier, officially opened its doors on the 19th March. Italian baker and pastry artist Alessandro Urilli is heading up the new establishment, offering a menu of brunch items and patisseries including chocolate croissants, bombollini, fresh artisan bread and an assortment of non dairy patisseries.
As a true Melbourne-first, Mill & Bakery at Central Pier is the only bakery in the city to mill its own flour; all flour used in the breads, pastries and packaged goods are ground onsite.
