As an established non-profit in the education space, GreatSchools reaches almost half of America's families in a year to help them get their kids a great education. We are fortunate to not have to answer to shareholders and a financial bottom line. But at the same time, maximizing profits is a clear goal, if not always a clear path that corporations have to focus on. This session will share the tools we use to orient our organization toward the impact we seek to achieve and how those in the for-profit space can benefit from their use too.
