Nestlé Allenati is an interactive installation that invites people to discover simple exercises to keep in shape based on Buona La Vita Trainer app. While having fun, people need to complete a series of physical exercises across virtual rooms before time ends in order to win. For those not using yet the app, the installation serves as a profiling tool and as a trigger to download it and discover more exercises to do at home. We worked in the context of a new project of Nestlé called Buona La Vita, which is a comprehensive project including workshops, a website and a mobile app by a design studio called Liqid to let people have accurate knowledge about good life on proper nutrition and exercise. The main targets of Buona La Vita are women 20 to 50 years old who are not serious athlete but have moderate interests in health and rich life. Since our project is a collaboration with
Liqid, our design idea should be strongly related to past works by Liqid while we are expected to propose a novel idea to them. Liqid has only one mobile app as its past work so far. The app has two parts; one is about food and nutrition, another is about exercise. Our objective is to engage the public through an interactive game for creating awareness and driving traffic to Buona La Vita mobile app, and Communicate Nestlé as a reliable actor in health, wellness and nutrition.
