Preparing, cooking & eating stuffed focaccia. For the focaccia you need flour, yeast dissolved in tepid water, salt and 10 minutes of your time to work the dough (20 makes it better). Let the yeast work its magic for 2 hrs. Then add cherry tomatoes + olives cut in small pieces, olive oil, oregano and salt; oven at 260C for 10 minutes. To film it all I used a Canon Ixus 60 with CHDK, a nice hack that lets you do timelapse photography; assembled it all with Quicktime and added titles and music with iMovie.
