McClintock's Farm has been part of the Comox Valley's local food economy since Gerry and Val moved to Dove Creek Rd 25 years ago. But the roots are much deeper than that as their daughter Sandra is now a 6th generation farmer in the family. On a sunny day in March Gerry talks to hanspetermeyer about farming as constant change, about how they've moved from hay and cow and calf to berries, and now to water buffalo dairy.
