As a newly formed company, Mad Lion Productions is definitely an original. Created in 2013 by Wayne Endicott, Mad Lion’s primary goal is to encourage and promote the sport of hunting. Wayne believes It all begins with today’s youth. Collaborating with editor Michael Chariker, “Kids Bear Armor” strives to capture the anticipation, thrill and excitement of that first hunt we all remember. Every child deserves an opportunity to experience it!
Wayne Endicott – “I’ve lived in Springfield, Oregon for the last 51 years. I’m married to my beautiful wife Lisa, who probably hunts more than I do most years. We have five kids, Brittney, Nathan, Lindsay, Jessie and Savannah. For 24 years I’ve owned The Bow Rack Archery Pro Shop and I’ve seen the legends of the sport come in and out my doors. For the past 10 years I’ve been the VP of Oregon Bow Hunters. I’m one of the founders of the Oregon Outdoor Council, a life member of OHA, OBH, plus a member of Rocky Mountain Elk and the NRA. “
“My passion for hunting, trapping and fishing has fueled my efforts to work hard for the next generation. My drive is to involve today’s youth in archery and bow hunting, because without a doubt, they are the future. I was blessed having a father that shared the outdoor lifestyle with me, because without it, I would never of had an understanding and appreciation of God's Creation. After 38 years of hunting, I only grow more passionate about each coming season. It’s imperative we get the next generation involved in conservation and in stakeholder groups to help defend our hunting, fishing and trapping freedoms at the state level. God Bless and good hunting.”
Michael Chariker is an award winning editor who’s been in the broadcast industry for over 27 years, and he’s done it all. Michael works hard to create strong stories that resound with the viewer. He has over 250 broadcast programs to his credit for clients such as ESPN, Fox Sports and the The Outdoor Channel along with various projects for University of Oregon Football. Although relatively new to hunting, Michael’s equally passionate about building the future of the sport and showing the responsibility and respect of those involved.
